1) HOW MANY CAN YOU
SEAT: Indoors, you
can probably seat 90 comfortably in a banquet type setting but depending on how
you do it some may end up in the lobby. If you want to really pack people in you
probably could get in 115 but you will need to move tables to dance.
In summer, you can easily add another 50 on the porches but after a total
of about 125 you will have to supplement tables, chairs, glassware, etc.
2) HOW MANY TABLE
SETTINGS: As above, you
can set tables for up to 125 however, at
this moment nothing will match, nothing is particularly high quality or
beautiful. Table linens will have to be returned clean and neat, ready for the
next person. There are no napkins. There are no perishable items, i.e. Salt and
Pepper yes, creamer and sugar no. There is an ice machine.
Depending on when your event is this could change.
At this moment, I am encouraging people to rent dishes and linens. It is
relatively inexpensive. They arrive clean and leave dirty. They match and are as
nice as you care to pay for.

HOURS OF USE: It is not
particularly important to us at what hour you end your party unless we have
limited it by pre-arrangement for some reason.
However, we have found that you are better off with a set ending hour. It
seems to be easier on the hosts after a while.
