How to Find Sharon Springs & The Roseboro
Sharon Springs is located between I-88 & I-90 on Rte's 10 & 20. The Historic Business District is located North of Rte 20 on Rte 10. It has traditionally been called "Downstreet" because it is down the hill from the old village of Rockville which was located at the crossroads of Rte 10 & 20. Rockville has long since been incorporated into the village of Sharon Springs. The Business "T" of Sharon Springs includes both Rte 20 and the Historic District of Rte 10, which is Main Street.
The Roseboro is located on the east side of Main Street, (which is Route 10,) on the corner of Washington St, approximately 3 blocks north of Route 20.
From the South: NYS Thruway I-87 north to exit 21 (Catskill/Cairo). Rte 23 west to Rte 145 north to Cobleskill. Rte145 takes a right at stoplight of major intersection (look for Park Theater, Mobile Station and a park) Stay on Rte 145 to 1st left at flashing light onto Rte 10 North. Take Rte 10 about 10 miles to Sharon Springs, ( at the light, you'll cross through Rte 20, look for Central National Bank, Stewarts Shop, Cabinet Liquors on corner) and continue on Rte 10 down the hill. The Roseboro is down the hill on right, on the corner of Main & Washington Sts, 3 blocks from Rte 20.
From the North: NYS Thruway I-90: to exit 29 (Canajoharie /Sharon Springs), Right after toll ramp to1st light, which is Rte 10. South (left) at Rte 10, 10 miles to Sharon Springs. The Roseboro is on the left, corner of Main & Washington Sts.
I-88 from the west: to the Warnerville/Cobleskill exit (watch for SUNY signs), to Rte 7 east into Cobleskill. Left at stoplight of major intersection (look for Park Theater, Mobile Station and a park) onto Rte 145 then 1st left at flashing light onto Rte 10 north. Take Rte 10 about 10 miles into Sharon Springs, cross through Rte 20 (look for Central National Bank, Stewarts Shop, Cabinet Liquors on corner) and continue down the hill. The Roseboro is down the hill on right, on the corner of Main & Washington Sts, 3 blocks from Rte 20.
From the east: NYS Thruway I-90 west to exit 25A I-88, (follow signs to Binghamton and Buffalo) I-88 west to Duanesburg exit. Left at exit ramp to Rte 20 west (right.) Take Rte 20 to Rte 10 (Main St) Sharon Springs, ( at the light, look for Central National Bank, Stewarts Shop, Cabinet Liquors on corner) Take right onto Rte 10 and continue down the hill. The Roseboro is down the hill on right, on the corner of Main & Washington Sts, 3 blocks from Rte 20.
