Brand new equipment: custom Bain Marie, deep fryer, 3ft flat grill and 3 ft char broiler w/lava rock, overhead salamander broiler, 2 refrigerator sandwich boards and a 14 ft SS hood/ fire suppression system. All run on propane. 10 burner Garland stove w/ 2 ovens (propane) and baker size electric convection oven are used in excellent condition. |
